Lately, I've got this kicks to start eating more healthily, but at the same time the devil in me wants is wanting junk food. So guess what, the angel got a yogurt & the devil got prawn crackers.
In the attempt, I'm cutting down on ice-cream & chocolates. Just bout once every one or two weeks. Junk food like Twisties, Double Decker.. as long as I don't start eating them, I'm fine. Candies, not too much into them, but I've got few boxes of Wonka's Nerds lying around..
For the better, yogurt's on my list, along with milk, wholemeal bread..
So tell me, seriously, what's eating healthily?
